GENERAL TERMS 

The basis of the business are the recommended sales prices in website, as well as separately agreed discounts.

In the event of wage and material price increases that not yet counted in, we expressly reserve the right to change prices or discounts. This can be done with a notice period by case and without the publication of new catalogs or announcement.

If the invoice amount is less than 200 USD retail price / gross, we will charge a small quantity surcharge and, if necessary, also freight costs.

Bills of exchange or checks are not accepted.

All goods delivered remain our property until order claims to which we are entitled that specific order have been paid in full. Customer will be entitled to sell the goods in the ordinary course of business if he have proceed immediate payment in full.
